drowning is often something we fight against. it is also said that it is one of the most painful ways to die. but there is another version of drowning that we try to fight and shouldn’t: Drowning in the grace of God. we try and try to keep our heads above the water, but shouldn’t we just give up and sink and see what happens? this coming week i issue a challenge: sink. and let me know what happens.
we often forget what this season really means and i’ve spent the entire month trying to not be sucked up into the madness. i’m not condeming or judging anyone who has. lord knows i make my own mistakes too. but don’t get lost in the madness.
remember what this season means. a small child was born on this night, and was destined to save an ETERNITY of people. that is something that my brain can’t even comprehend. on this season i am thankful that i am saved. thankful that i am somehow worthy when i shouldn’t be. thankful that i can spread this good news.
to everyone, everywhere, of all colours and beliefs. i wish you the best. i wish you well. and i hope that this upcoming year finds you in fantstic health and that amazing things happen for you.
merry christmas. you are loved
